This is where Highmark Solutions comes into play. We serve as
intermediaries between workers and employers, with the stated
goal of matching the companies’ needs with the workers’

| Do you offer other job search
services? |
Applicants may also receive training in resume writing, interviewing
skills and presentation. There may also be some assessments
given, in order to determine the applicant’s strongest
skills. |
| Does Highmark have relationships
with local employers? |
We do. Our established relationships with local employers
makes it easier for applicants to gain a better understanding
of the employers’ job opportunity. |
| Who pays the fee? |
Our clients pay the fees for our services contingent on a
successful hire. Candidates do not pay a fee. |
| What kind of searches do you
offer? |
Right now, we have two types including a contingency search
where a client pays no fee unless your company hires someone
recruited by Highmark Solutions. We also offer a retained search.
With this program, we conduct an exclusive (normally very confidential)
search. This type of search will have a dedicated recruiter
that is completely focused on finding the right candidate. |
